HR structure of VRN

For the perfect functioning of any organization we need a perfect and loopless structure

So, in VRN We have 6 departments,

Communications: Deals with Promotion of VRN and thereby increase in the brand value of VRN.
Finance: Deals with the transparency of the organization in financial issues.
Incoming Ideas Academic: Deals with intake of Academic ideas.
Incoming Ideas Social Development: Deals with the intake of all the non Academic ideas.
Outgoing Ideas Implementation: Deals with the implementation of Ideas according to feasibility .
Talent and Risk management: Deals with the coordination of the other departments by guiding.
